AI can turn your notes into a clean, well-organised CV in minutes. It cannot invent your experience, and it should not. The trick is to give it the facts and let it handle the writing and layout.
Step 1: collect your facts
Before you open the AI, write down plainly:
- your education (degree, institution, year, result);
- jobs, internships and projects (what you did, for how long, any numbers);
- skills and tools you can actually use;
- languages, certificates and awards;
- the job you are applying for (paste the job ad if you have it).
Rough notes are fine. Bangla or English, mixed is fine too.
Step 2: ask for a first draft
Open Duplibot in Work mode and choose Sonnet. Then try:
Here are my notes. Write a one-page CV for the job ad below. Use a clear structure: summary, experience, education, skills. Use strong action verbs and keep only true information from my notes. Do not invent anything.
[your notes]
[job ad]
The CV opens as a document beside the chat.
Step 3: make it specific
Ask follow-up questions such as:
- "Add numbers where my notes have them, like team size or results."
- "Make the summary three lines and tailor it to this job."
- "Which keywords from the job ad are missing?"
Step 4: check every line
Read it carefully. Remove anything that is not true or that you cannot explain in an interview. Check names, dates and spellings.
Step 5: export to Word or PDF
Press Export in the document panel and choose Word (.docx) if you want to edit the layout, or PDF to send it as it is.
Bonus: the cover letter
Using my CV above, write a short cover letter (under 250 words) for this job. Friendly, confident and specific.
Tips for jobs in Bangladesh
- Many employers still ask for a photo and personal details; add them only if the job asks.
- For government or bank jobs, follow the exact format they request.
- Write your Bangla application letter in Bangla: ask the AI for "a formal application letter in Bangla".
