Welcome to Duplibot. These terms are the agreement between you and Duplibot when you use our website and services. Please read them. By creating an account or using Duplibot, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- Give us accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person per account. Do not share or sell your account.
- Tell us straight away at support@duplibot.com if you think someone else has used your account.
2. Using AI responsibly
Duplibot gives you access to AI models. AI is useful, and it also makes mistakes. Please keep in mind:
- Answers can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it.
- It is not professional advice. Do not treat answers as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified person for decisions that matter.
- You are responsible for how you use the output. That includes checking it, and making sure your use is lawful and fair.
- Follow the rules of your school or workplace. If your institution has rules about using AI in assignments or exams, it is your responsibility to follow them.
3. What you must not do
You agree not to use Duplibot to:
- break any law, or help someone else do so;
- create or share content that sexually exploits children, promotes terrorism or violence, harasses or threatens people, or spreads hate;
- create malware, attack systems, or try to get around security;
- deceive people, for example with scams, impersonation, fake reviews or fake documents;
- invade someone's privacy, or collect personal data without permission;
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- overload, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service, or get around plan limits.
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where possible we will tell you why.
4. Your content
You own your content. What you write and upload, and the answers you receive, belong to you, as far as the law allows.
Permission to run the service. You give us permission to store, process and send your content to our AI and service providers only as needed to provide Duplibot to you. We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not sell it.
Responsibility for uploads. Only upload files you have the right to use.
Similar answers. AI can give similar answers to different people, so answers may not be unique to you.
5. Plans, allowances and payments
- Free plan. Includes a small monthly allowance and some models.
- Paid plans are bought for 30 days at a time. You pay once; nothing renews automatically and we do not store your card.
- Allowance. Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance. Different models and features use the allowance at different rates. The app shows you roughly what each model costs and how much you have left. Unused allowance does not carry over after your plan ends.
- Renewing and switching. Paying again for the same plan adds 30 days and another allowance. Switching to a different plan starts it immediately with a fresh allowance; remaining days of the old plan are not carried over.
- Prices are shown in taka and US dollars. Taka prices are fixed and do not change with the exchange rate. We may change prices for future purchases, but never for a period you have already paid for.
- When a plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your chats and files stay.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. The service
We work hard to keep Duplibot available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. AI models are provided by third parties and may change, slow down, or be replaced by similar models. We may add, change or remove features over time, and we will try to give notice of major changes.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Duplibot at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by emailing support@duplibot.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service, or are inactive for a long time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, limits of liability and governing law) continue after your account ends.
8. Disclaimers
Duplibot is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranties beyond those set out in these terms, including about the accuracy of AI output or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Duplibot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service or of AI output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and let you know before it takes effect. If you keep using Duplibot after that, you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless the law gives you the right to use other courts. Before going to court, please contact us. Most problems can be solved with a conversation.
